Jim,
I think the only way to get all of those auction numbers, rather than checking each lot like you said, would be to "copy" those lots when you send them to the auction and the recap comes up telling you what you sent to auction. If there is another way, I haven't found it yet either.
I added several items a couple of hours ago and then went out to dinner, so they were still on my screen when I saw your note. I copied them and pasted them here, so that will work and also tested this by saving them to a file, if that is your intent.
Hopefully this is helpful and will answer your question.

Mike,
Thanks for that information.
I don't remember seeing that screen but I will be doing another upload soon and will be on the lookout for it.
Jim
Hi Mike,
I'm not sure just what you are trying to do, but you can see the details of your lots by looking under the Sellers drop down menu, at the Edit/View Lots function.

Tim,
Jim posted the initial question and I was trying to assist him. He wants to see the SOR assigned numbers for all of his auction lots, but the Edit/View does not show them.
Mike
Mike and Jim,
Sorry for my confusion on the names. :-) Would it help if I added the lot number to the Edit/View function?
Regards ... Tim
Tim,
Yes, I think that would be a help to some of us, maybe not all. Is there a way to keep from mixing the lots up when they are listed. IE: I usually, but not always, list my lots in numerical order using my stock number, but they always come out jumbled up when they show up on the auction, which makes it a real pain to try to find them later on.
Mike
Something I have just remembered is the fact that we can use the function of having our lots listed in numerical order by clicking on "ITEM" at the top of the column, while in "view/edit" or even re-listing mode of the auction. The re-listing section actually shows the SOR lot number, whereas the "view/edit" mode does not.
Mike
Is there a way to download auction listings after a bulk posting?
Currently I see no way to do so and the only way I have found so far to see the SOR auction number is to look at each individual listing.
Someone please point the way if I missed something.
Thanks,
Jim
