I'm Canadian. A US $70 purchase of covers from a dealer in Colorado turned into CDN $93 after exchange. The only bright lights (close to being eclipsed by the economic darkness): My monthly veteran's disability cheque has suddenly gotten fatter, and includes small annual cost-of-living supplement, and our son, who sells ebooks in US dollars, is doing nicely too as far as income from sales goes.
