In the absence of any Easter egg hunting, I spent a few hours soaking a thousand or so Machins of which only one was a 34p litho, two bands, from the Financial Times booklet.SG X 1021. Only to find that as it came away from the paper it fell into two pieces! Aagh, just has to be a case of Murphý's, law or something to do with quantum physics, whichever way, annoying, and now in the waste basket.
Back to the sorting again, hopefully there is another one in the bags somewhere.
Guess I will console myself and order some more Glassines or maybe visit an auction site but that might be expensive.
Happy Easter everyone.

re: Soaking stamps today

I am the same. If I am soaking or sorting full sets of stamps, the only ones that will be damaged or that I will damage are the high values. But that is life.

Happy Easter to you and all of SOR.
