How do you tell what are reprints. Not just this one but all the others as well. Frank Image Not Found

Frank, this one is reprint, other stamps you have are most likely reprints too. originals are hardly seen. All these reprints were exported to US in 1970s.

Nelson is correct, you have the reprint. Either of the following is a sufficient condition for determining a reprint for this particular set:

1. dot in collar button (see picture after China #34 in the Scott catalog)
2. perf 12.5 (originals are perf 14)
