I have seen a few on ebay....
My Mum went to pick mine up and the woman had just read the email minutes before her arrival and said "they have been recalled."
Geez I wish she hadn't seen that email first. I knew there would be a few that slipped by but they track where everything is sold so I'm sure it won't go well for that employee.
I just wish one had slipped into my hands.
I drove 1/2 an hour to a rural postal counter that does not have internet service in their area and managed to pick up all their stock (souvenir sheets & booklets). The booklets seem pretty common on E-Bay, the souvenir sheets less so. I have seen fewer than a dozen FDC's on the market and have seen NONE of the pre-paid postcards.
Since they were only available at post offices for a few days, one used with a circle date stamp during that period would be a jewel in any Canadian collection.
It has been announced that Canada Post has reissued this stamp.
