You would think that if someone paid all that money to buy that block that Gibbons would offer free shipping...

Yes Stanley Gibbons will in the main only give you 1/8th of catalogue for good to very good Victoria issues.

Probably will ...the less attention to a high end value packet you attract less attention to it. But then there is a greater chance of it getting LOST, so yer caught between the wide blue sky and the deep blue sea.
