The Red Cross stamp is Scott 271 and it is a FDC. The date matches Scott's date of June 9, 1954.
The other cover is Scott 291. It is the top value of a four stamp series issued to honor the 12th Olympic games in Melbourne in 1956. First Day of issue is October 31, 1956. I can not read the date on your cover to be sure if it is a First Day.
A follow up to my previous post. I did not notice at first that he cover says FDI was December 1, 1956, while Scott shows October 31st. Does anyone know correct date?
Jack
My Rennicks catalogue gives the issue date as 1 st Dec 1954.which makes it a FDC.Also my Scott's Australian pages give the issue date as 1 st Dec 1954.
I have no idea who the cover producer was though.

First one
Royal
Second possibly
Wesley Cover Services or Max Easther
Thanks All.
nl1947, So I will go looking for Royal for the top cover, by the looks of it there will be different colours.
Bottom one similar to the one on your post but not the same, will do some homework on Max Easther.
Thanks to all for the help so far.
