Would anyone know what these might be? I can't find them in Scott's.

In the Simplified SG they are found under Yugoslavia. C. Democratic federation of Yugoslavia. 1. Regional issues. Zagreb stamps 1945. There are 7 overprinted values.
The original stamps are under Croatia. 1941.
That might be enough information for you to find them in Scott.

Thanks for the info! I think its time to spring for a SG. It seems to list a lot more than Scott does.

It is Yugoslavia, 1945, Jun 20, Michel number 1/7 - issue for Croatia.
Set of 7 values, overprint on Croatia/NDH stamp,

20K on 5
40K on 1,
60K on 3.50,
80K on 2,
160K on 0.50,
200K on 12.50,
400K on 0.25.

in used condition it have minimal value of 2.00 euro.

There is next few sets, overprints, similar as this one, but in little bit different kind of overprint, issued for use in Split, Mostar, Sarajevo, but it is under "Local" issues, so, no listing in Scott if I'm correct.
