Well this has just sold for $213.50. Personally, I would have preferred a no gum example with clean back. Once the foxing (rust) penetrates the front, it's curtains.
Well, actually, once a liberal quantity of LePage is applied to the back and it is affixed to the page, it won't matter that much.
Found this rather nice Hong Kong high value on eBay. Catalogued at $1,084, this is described as MINT HINGED:
