I don't collect PNG but there was something about this cover that appealed to me (despite the crease down the middle). Bob, I thought of you when I acquired this one.

I don't collect FDC's, but if I did, I would really be envious of you on that one. The stamp on the lower right cats $70 in MNH condition. I was able to buy it on Webstore for $20. It's a nice engraved stamp, isn't it? PNG has some great early stamps.

LOL! I love it when people talk to Coco through my ID. And yes, you're prescient; we were just about to go on our first walk of the day, the long one, up and down hill 1.5 miles. Right after my morning stamp exercises (hence, the FDC scan).

Most of my covers, and what I have seen, for the 1952 issue are on covers showing the
man in black and white (see below)

However I have now acquired one that is in colour?, would be interested in hearing of more.
