In Scott these are listed under France: French Offices in China. Issued 1902-1904.
The first one is Scott #30.
The other two you will have to check types.
The 10 cent is either #22 or #22a.
The 1 franc is either #32 or #32a.

Ah, my Scott does not mention the fact that the overprint is found on Indochina stamps. Thanks

A friend of mine just bought a large French Colonies collection and these three stamps were in there. We can't find them in Scott but perhaps they are listed someplace else. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
