I've never heard of UDMURTIA.
Is it a Cinderella or a fake ?
Where should this Mini Sheet be listed ..?

I believe they are Russian local issues. Whether they are valid for any kind of postage I do not know. I remember having a pane of Russian stamps overprinted Udmurtia in black.

Udmurtia IS listed in the PWO website as shown by Guthrum, so I guess that means that the Mini sheet is illegal.
I guess I should list it as a Cinderella.
