Manchukuo #138-#139(25May1941), valued at 60¢ each for unused and $2 for mint set in the 2016 Scott catalog. Both your stamps appear to exhibit tropical staining. I would not re-use that stocksheet.

Check out the flower at the top center of the stamps. That is the clue to tell you that such stamps are from Manchukuo.
