Most of the stamps you show are not rare but they are old. The second stamp you have is from the Louisiana Purchase Commemoratives. Robert R. Livingston Scott #323. The third picture is hard to see but I believe the red one in the middle is Scott #319. The rest I don't know that I could identify them correctly.
Jason,
I was going to echo Carolee's comment: your stamps ARE old; they are NOT rare. it looks to be a nice start for someone wanting to put together a US collection. Your German stamps in another thread are similar: old but not rare.
They ARE lovingly assembled and nicely mounted, so the previous owner did a nice job. If you decide you like collecting, this is a good start, and ikey has given you some free sources through which you can get a better understanding of what you have.
