Hi,
These are Belgian general revenue stamps. The ones with the lion are from the 1941 issue, and the other from the 1936 issue. In each case, you are only seeing the lower half of the stamp.

Can you explain why only half would be on the paper? Where is the other half?
I am not an expert on revenues, but the two parts get separated on payment of appropriate fees. Typically one half stays on official files document , and the other is on payor receipt/stub as as proof of payment.
Thanks ikeyPikey I didn't even see your link when I asked my question. So to have the other half is probably not going to happen.
Does any one know what these are?
