Inguna is from Latvia, and has some excellent material to offer. I bought some very nice Iceland and Norway MNH, paid with PayPal, and within a week of shipment, the envelope (nicely franked with Latvian stamps, I may add), the envelope arrived here in great shape.
So I would encourage our U.S. buyers especially who have not looked at Inguna's material before, to take a look.
NOTE: I did spend the extra money to have the envelope sent registered mail, but that is a better alternative than not receiving the stamps.
This is how business here on SOR SHOULD be done.

Since there is no feedback system in SOR, I thought it would be a good idea to give a word of BRAVO! to one of our newer sellers here, Inguna Medvede (ingunam).
