Israeli March of Dimes charity stamps. The original 1958 issue, I believe, was a set of 10. You have the 1959 overprint, which I have not seen before.

Once upon a time, I was 'breaking my teeth' (to borrow the idiom) trying to sound-out & de-cipher a Hebrew acronym on a postage stamp when someone was kind enough to point-out that I was looking at Siamese, and then kind enough again to allow that the alphabets share a number of letter shapes, particularly when you allow for calligraphy.

And then there is my penmanship skill, which starts out reasonably decypherable and after a page or so descends into a cross between Azerbaijani and Klingon.

I don't know if these are stamps or labels. I think they are either from Israel or maybe another Middle East country.
