At the risk of revisiting a hoary old debate, I've always assumed that you stick your stamp somewhere in the upper right hand corner of the envelope.
'Philatelic' covers, of course, tend to have a lot of stamps which inevitably spread further afield, perhaps right across the top, or even all over, leaving precious little room for the address. This, however, is the first one I've come across which ignores all strictures, all guidelines of any national post office, indeed all common sense, and simply affixes the stamps everywhere!
First, the obverse. I didn't know French was the lingua franca of post offices (at least in Eastern Europe), but you learn something every day:
A good few stamps, but 60.30L is simply not enough to send a stamp from Kishinev to Romford. Not nearly!. Turning the cover over, we see:
...and there we have the remaining 105.50L needed to deliver a single stamp to me. Outstanding work, Boris! (And well done the Moldovan PO official who cancelled them!)
