Second the motion. Hours spent listing 30 individual MNH Inscription Blocks with no bids. Would love to have combined them into 5 lots of 6 and offered an omnibus pricing discount.

I believe, and David help me if my memory is wrong here, that the bulk relister was not desired. When item's do not sell, each item should be reviewed by the seller to see if it really is worth relisting. At the time, there were no limits on the number of relists, so the same junk was being relisted and not being sold ad infinitum. That just clogs up the auctions and chases people away, because all they repeatedly see are the same items. With the relisting restriction, maybe this idea could be looked at again, but I think sellers should look at what did not sell and decide if it is really worthwhile to the people here to relist it again.

If you retain the images that you used for each unsold lot, you can simply use an image editor to combine the images. Then create a new, combined lot. Again, I think a seller needs to assess whether it is worthwhile to continue to offer items that do not sell.
There are some sellers here who combine unsold items into small lots of ten or so and offer them at a bulk price. Many of those lots sell.
Finally:
If an item doesn't sell after three tries, there either isn't any demand for the item, or people are buying the same thing from other sellers who are offering it at a better price, condition, terms, etc. That, I believe, is what one's assessment over unsold items should include.

so, we are talking about a number of things
there is a bulk lister, which can also be used as a relister. I don't use it so I don't know the mechanism.
there is an automated RElister, but it does lots individually AND it requires that your second offering is reduced by 20% or more, with the following relist another 20% or more; after that, unless you're gaming the system, your lot is no longer allowed.
combining lots will be manual, I'm afraid, and to accommodate more than the alloted 2 photos, you can either add more in the description or revise the images to hold more stamps in a single image.

Thank you for clarification, I understand that it is boring to see each time the same items, however may be and I do not know if it is feasible to allow sellers to bulk their unsold items by one time, may be adding a button near each relist:delete and at the bottom the option to relist the bulk or delete the bulk with a restriction that if unsolded items will deleted automatically after the 3rd relists, in addition to the suggestion of lemaven

I cannot speak for Tim, the webmaster, but I'll bet I can anticipate that such programming changes would be low on his list, especially since the bulk loader already exists and you could use it for unsold stamps as easily as for never listed stamps

We have certainly seen that scenario play out as hundreds of, very over priced items, usually sold in dealers discount stamp boxes, were posted over and over. Every so often someone would pay a premium for one of the listings which I suppose justified them being repeatedly re-listed in the seller's mind. Lets not reopen those floodgates again.
I can imagine the upset a newbie felt when attending a stamp bourse to see the same mint sheets being sold at 20% less than face as discount postage.
