They are postal savings stamps, so will not be listed in Scott. They are the President Lin Sen issue. It appears you have a mix from 3 printings: roulette, perf 13, and perf 10.5-11.5.

Does anyone know what these 4 stamps from China are ? I am no expert on Chinese stamps and I can not locate these at all in Scott ? Thanks, STeve
