Hello Sheryll,
Welcome to Stamporama from Cowtown (Fort Worth, Texas). Stamporama is a great gathering place for collectors large or small.
Jim
Greetings from Florida,
I collect Great Britain and Australia, and since I impulsively purchased a U.S. album the other day, I guess I have to add U.S. to that list. It's getting out of hand.
Anyway, welcome aboard!

Hi Sheryll. Good to hear that Tim was able to help you out and see your success in posting here. There are a number of US cover collectors here which should fit in with your future auction plans. Looking for to your postings, they were always entertaining and informative on the old Ebay chat board.

Hi Sheryll and welcome to SOR, the lair of many happy collectors and a couple of old grouches.

leaving the emus and platapi for armadillos and possa.... your topical animal collection is likely to be a hoot (wait, that's the bird collection)
Thanks, all, for the welcome. There's lots to read and many to get to know.
I am busy right now with our stamp club's 100th anniversary celebrations, and will post something in the Club section about it.
Thematics - have only recently tried my hand at it. I guess there is a place here to post pages?
Nice to see you here Sheryll
BTW Sheryll, there is half a case of bananas in the balcony, I ate the other half.
Hi Sheryll, Regarding posting pages. You can upload them to your discussion message using the upload box right under the message space. You can also create a clickable link to them by doing a 'cut & paste' of the web address, then high lite it with your cursor and clicking on 'link' (also in the section just under the message area). And there is the exhibits section within the members section where you can upload them also.
Hope this helps.
And watch out for Sneeky's banana peels. He tends to leave them all over the place!!!!
Mike / meostamps
sneeky and meostamps - Thanks for the bananas and warning. I have recently learned the proper way to eat bananas - peel the other end first!
Welcome, Sheryll.
Nice to see you, Sneeky!

Hi all!
After some problems with junk mail folders and passwords, I am finally here, thanks to meostamps' and auldstampguy's kind and persistent help.
My main collection is New Hebrides, but I have been sidetracked into all sorts of quirky, mainly US collections in the 11 years since I have moved to the States from Oz.
Typing is often brief due to Parkinson's, so do ask if I have not got my meaning across properly in posts.
I am hoping to list auctions once I get the hang of the place - mainly covers from my husband (ser1851)'s accumulations.
A few of you will already know me through the eBay Users' Stamp Club meetings.
And, if you are coming to Portland for the APS StampShow in August, we could put faces to userids!
