I was hoping someone would come along who could provide with an answer. In the meantime ...
My best guess is a charity label, even though it's unusual to see a denomination on it. The piece of paper it's on looks like the middle back of the envelope, so it seems like it was intended for that purpose.
All just my wild speculation!

Hi Everyone;
Looks like something from maybe the Audubon Society or a similar group. I see what appears to be a bird feeder hanging from the tree branch, in someone's backyard. Part of a roof line is also visible in the extreme right background. It is too low with respect to the roof line to be a cupola, so it must be a feeder.
Just guessin'....
