So... were you able to get any history or background concerning the Beaver Local Post and/or the stamps? Anything you can share would add to this posting.

Chuck Hall created Beaver Post while living in Beaverton Oregon It is a fantasy post and stamps were only placed on outgoing mail. You will notice the cost on the stamp. Chuck is retired and living in Shelton Washington and after having contacted him with the help of a Stamporama member (thankyou) I emailed Chuck and his reply was one of surprise but it started a revival He has returned to Beaver Local Post. and two wonderful covers were in my mailbox yesterday The postage is now 1p meaning one beaver pelt. If you which to contact him please message me for hid email or address I know that he would be interested in conversing.
