General Philatelic/Identify This? : Central Lithuania

I've two stamps, both have been surcharged for the Red Cross.
One is 2M and the other is 4M. I can find nothing in the Scott Catalog about these issues. They were printed between 1920 & 1922 from Centeral Lithuania. Part of Poland with the wording of Srod kowa lit wa

It would seem that this is a dead country and that there are limited stamp issues from this area prior to its demise. For this and other reasons, Scott does not list them in their catalogs. But my research found a great web site for dead country issues. Go to
