I don't know a lot about state revenues, but I'm pretty sure that most New York stock transfer stamps are run of the mill. There may be a few exceptions though, so hopefully someone with more knowledge will weigh in.

Those seem to be in very nice shape. I can't speak to value, but you might enjoy this website put together by one of the most passionate collectors of this genre I know... Kurt Lange.

The tilde (squiggly fellow in the link before 'ktk') gives the SOR software fits.
Too bad, as I often use it in place of 'approximately' ...

Oh yes,
and what you have there are most likely common stuff.
Also, the perfin cancels lower the value even more.
But yes, there are always exceptions - as Rusty stated - so have a good look at the ones on Kurt Lange's website; he's pretty much the expert on these.
I bought my pages for these from him - they are great fun to learn about!
