I think it's from a so-called "Streifband" - it's a banderole for the sending of newspapers or similar as special service of the "Reichspost" - a kind of a postal stationary.
Everything else checks out. It appears to be an 1875 bluish green 3 phng., no watermark, but I don't find it listed as an imper. To me, it looks like the margins are too big to have been trimmed close. Can anyone help? Cat.# and value would be greatly appreciated.
