The stamp was issued in brown (left) and in yellow brown. (right). No difference in price.
The Scott 2016 Classic Specialized Catalogue only lists brown. But if you refer to the Scott Specialized Catalogue it lists yellow brown as well, and other info.
I am a bit disgruntled with the "Classic" Catalogue for this kind of omission, but I guess that's the price one pays for putting the whole world in one book. I will be upgrading my 2007 Specialized Catalogue sooner rather than later.
#684 (Used) has gone up in value from .20 in 2007 to .25 in 2016.

Scott raised the minimum value for all stamps to .25 from .20 I think in 2013.

Hi! The stamp on the left has a color I/ve not seen before, looks like a 1/2 cent one. Any thoughts? ccndd Chris
