Scott lists the foreign post offices of a country under the main country. Gibbons does the same.

I find best is British(country or geographic location), but just matching Scott descriptor does eliminate most possible confusion.

Hi snowy;
When you list on here, you are allowed two categories. This rule was probably originally done for just this reason. If you place in both British and Italian, then even folks without a catalog will still be able to find it.
