Just checking to see if I'm correct I counted the holes and it's 26x17 but I can't find my perf gauge Please Help, No watermark

Look at how "DUETSCHES" and "REICH" are printed on left and right. This is Scott Style A21, not A18 (hence I believe it is Scott #79).
