Welcome thorgeirh. You should find some stamps that you need from the Auction and Approval Book offerings.

Welcome to SOT, Thor.

Loved Iceland...we were there a year ago to explore (I am not counting the many airport stops while transiting through Reykjavik during my student years, where I just saw the terminal and the runway), and hoping to return to explore some more as well as Greenland and the very Northern parts of Norway (before all the ice is gone!)
Iceland is the new "togo" to destination!

Here is a question: Do you have a list of all the countries you still need the one stamp to achieve your goal? Many here I am sure will gladly help!
