The wavy lines make a path up to the door? Although, I'm not sure that's the door.
Just guessin'.

WB, what???????
Think WB was guessing what it was that caught your attention. Maybe you just meant the stamp itself?
I'm sober, honest I am!!
Your title said it was a coincidence, I kinda thought the wavy lines in the cancel looked a little like a meandering path leading up to the building in the background.
...and I still say I'm as sober as the morning dew!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After viewing the scene depicted, a funny caption popped into my head;
Says the man - "I don't care if it IS snowing now! I'M GONNA GET THIS KITE PUT TOGETHER!!!"
Hmm, I didn't think this would turn into this, especially since I stated what it was that caught my attention.
Oh, the fact that it's a Christmas stamp?
Well, I collect Christmas stamps and appreciate you posting it, because to be honest, I very likely wouldn't have recognized it as one. Now I know.
I wonder now if he's making some sort of a Christmas decoration, maybe a wreath?
WB
The little kid has a beard?
Ahhhh..now I get it!!! It's Scott #1225, as in Dec. 25th!!!
Man, that made my brain hurt!!!!
WB
Glad someone explained it to an Englishman as we always put the day before the month.
"I wonder now if he's making"
Oh man, now you go into all the intricate detail. You know, I could've used a little of that in your OP?
But wait, what's a bird feeder?
WB
Almost looks like they've suspended something up from the top of a door frame and their husking or stripping something off. I have NO CLUE what they're doing
Without doing any googling, it looks like they are making some kind of sweep like in a broom as if to sweep snow or something. The child may be holding additional bristles. Or, maybe a huge torch.
I looked at the date and saw 1971 need to clean my glasses lol
My Facit catalogue makes this note regarding the stamp:
"The A. Almqvist family erecting sheaf for birds."
Was working on Germany the other day and found a similar nice surprise--this stamp is Scott #200.
Wonder how many other similar coincidences are lurking out there?

For a very simply unexciting one, the Penny Black is of course #1.
""The A. Almqvist family erecting sheaf for birds.""
There is something about this stamp from Sweden that caught my attention:
It is a Christmas stamp issued in 1977. It is also Scott #1225.
