The second one is Netherlands #127. It is one of a few Dutch stamps without the country name on it. In this case it is allowed, because the ruling monarch (Queen Wilhelmina in this case) is on the stamp. The stamp is part of a series commemorating the silver jubilee of the Queen's rule.
The other one is from Thailand. It is an official stamp, but which one is a bit unclear as Scott does not a very good job listing these.
