Hi...again an item has stumped me. Hopefully someone can i.d. this Japanese overprint. capetown

They are not occupation stamps, but rather semi-postal stamps. They are both Japan Scott #B4.
Below the list of the set where the original stamp is from Scott has provided cross-reference information of stamps from the set for other printings, surcharges and overprints.

Like I said, they aren't occupation stamps, just regular semi-postals. I have to admit that I looked at Korea first...
