The one on the left looks like a Bulgaria Postage Due.
I think upsguy has it for the one on the left - Bulgaria J5. Can't find the one on the right - not much to on on with that one.
If you scroll down the Bulgaria index page (link below) and click on the first Postage Due page you will see the different variants of the first stamp. Yours is the 1886 issue.
I doubt that the second stamp is an officially issued stamp from anywhere. Most probably some sort of Slavik Cinderella.
