General Philatelic/Identify This? : Scott 67??

I'm back into the hobby after many years away, and I found this stamp in my "to be mounted" hoard. From what I can tell, it looks like it's a Scott 67a...I think. But with the values I've seen that listed at even for used, I'm skeptical of my own identification because I can't believe I'd have a random stamp worth that much. Can anyone with more experience provide some insight, please? Thanks!

Your stamp is definitely not any of the #67 variants. Buff is a very light Yellow Brown.
Although your picture is pretty poor I have little doubt that it is #75 Red Brown.
