Just when I think I have seen them all, along comes another one. I almost have to believe that this is a fantasy piece. The seller has several lots of them. Anyone ever seen this one?

looks to be a local from Gyor, in NW Hungary. Officially sanctioned? No idea, Hungary didn't have lots of locals of which I'm aware.
