I have searched under every possible keyword, all to no avail...

I like the format of my Denmark Approval Book (and more importantly, so does gggrrraphy and michael#####s).

I'd like to just copy it (keeping all the common verbiage) and use it for my next one (just changing the country to Finland and a few other simple edits) then adding the new pages/scans.

Is this possible without manually entering the same text again or copy/pasting?

Many thanks, Dave.

re: Copying an Approval Book / Creating A Common Template?

I just saw the functionality to do this for an Auction item when I checked my Seller/Sold listing, so hopefully there's a trick to this for Approval Books.

Dave.

Your terms of sale are automatically copied over to each new approval book that you create. Incidentally, they are the same terms that you use with your auction lots.

re: Copying an Approval Book / Creating A Common Template?

I manually copy what I have put in a previous book. I can go back to any of my prior books to borrow some of my text. (you can edit it easily if you want).
The cover page, and page 1 (which then gets copied again in every following page, and you can modify it easily, if you want)..that is all you need.
It is not a big job to manually copy and paste. You can open several SOR approval books simultaneously on your computer and toggle, copy, toggle paste from one to the next.
The terms of sales should not change.

re: Copying an Approval Book / Creating A Common Template?

I was thinking Title, Book Description, Page Descriptions - not Terms of Sale. So...

I ended up doing a copy/paste (just opened a New Window, set up a "split-screen", logged in to SoR on screen-2, then easy-peasy after that).

Thanks for the support!

Dave.
