For example, I have 33c with PNC or what ever it is today called: 666A and 444A.
Year is 1999 in red. Being on paper cannot determine perforations. And between 9.8 and 9.9 my gauge still will not be very helpful. It seems to be one of them! On all stamps the 3 lines on tallest building are separated and the size of the date seems to be 1 3/4 mm.
I will have more questions about these Scott numbers, later. Thanks.
PS. after another look under magnifier, there is a yellow digit in front of these numbers: 6666A and 4444A!

This is my list of Flag over City. Based upon your description, likely have a variation of 3281. If you go to PNC3.org they have an identifier for the Type 1 and Type 2 and dates.

If you get the Precision Specialty Multi Gauge, which is transparrent, you'll be able to gauge all stamps, on paper or off; and you'll gauge in decimal increments if you so desire.

If the stamp is the only one on the back paper (or used!), how can I find which one I have? Few I could identify, but for me it is not easy.
