This stamp is not Central Lithuania, which was a political construct created in 1920 but subsequently absorbed into Poland after the 1922 Plebiscite.

It is a Lithuania Airmail issued 1924 - SG 226 - Scott #C35 value 75c

'Oro Pastas' translates as 'Air Mail'.
