Is there a source for ordering the newer issues of the Norfolk Island stamps from (2004-2014)? Most dealers that I have found are based in the UK... I am looking for new or used issues to complete the collection Any suggestions appreciated

Have you checked with Australia Post to see if they have the back issues (year sets)? Before the Norfolk Island Philatelic Bureau closed down in 2016, they had stamps dating back to 2010.
Also, a check on stamps from the island shows a dealer who does her philatelic business on Norfolk Island URL (stamps.nf).

Pacific Stamps Here in Australia has them nearly all from 1947 up to all new issues.They have a web presents and an online catalogue. Only sell sets used (cto) MNH and FDCs
I have also found even though they are a dealer they are not as expensive as some eBay dealers.
