Just acquired number of WWl covers with the cancel Purchase war bonds to support Godalming WWl 8th Reserve Battalion I am searching for information on the GODALMING camp for soldiers , the area,and its role in WWl Any suggestions I have found very little on line

Are you sure it is Goldalming as there was a major camp at Godalming, Surrey in WW1. Many of the soldiers were from Canadian forces.
