This subject was explored on another forum, but I thought it might be also mentioned here.
These stamps are bought in post offices after the seller windows are closed, and are put out by machines.
An image of one is shown :

The Scott number for this one is CVP101. If anyone's interested in them they'll probably be available by trading because I doubt they'll be carried by sellers.

This is not a great scan (I should've used the descreening setting when I scanned it last December), but this gives a little better idea of the stamp design.

I thought the design was not too bad, especially for computer-vended postage out of a post office kiosk.

When I pay my local property tax by mail I have to enclose an SASE to receive a receipt.
That'll be a good way to get one of these that I haven't yet gotten. I haven't seen any for sale anywhere except the PO.
