The "1" doesn't looked deformed, though the numeral tablet is missing ink I am more likely to think of it as an under-inking problem. Would be interested what others think of it.

I thought it might be of interest to Geo V collectors.
The top stamp shows a very deformed one, and the bottom stamp shows a common variety of a dot behind the head of George V. (I have added a close up of the deformed one)
It is interesting to find a pair with a known variety, and the top stamp with a variety that is not listed
