A couple of days back one of the God's on the internet decided that the type of SSL Certificate (used in https://) that we had was no longer to be trusted. I have obtained a new SSL Certificate and Roy has installed it for me (thank you Roy).
I apologize for the problems that you have been having getting onto Stamporama. This was out of our control and it took me a while to realize (with Roy's help) what was happening.
Please let me know if you still have any problems getting onto Stamporama.
