Then I find this ebay listing with a RPS cert.

Now according to the album weeds site, this should be a fake. Am I reading this wrong? Does anyone have a better site for guidelines?

If the image of the genuine overprint on the Stamp Forgeries page is of a genuine overprint, I would say that the overprint on the ebay image matches and is genuine.

Hi Michael,
I thought that when I first read that page, but then ignored the images since it doesn't really specify which is which. I try to compare the descriptions to images of stamps on ebay. I was hoping someone could at least tell me if those descriptions are correct or not.

According to the description, this looks like a good one, including the E being more directly under the O than the examples on the forgeries page.

I am starting to look at the overprint stamps of bermuda, and I know there are a lot of forgeries. I found this page that tells how to pick out the forgeries:
