The labels and selvage honor Hans Christian Andersen, and China issued several stamps in 2005 for that purpose (3437a-e, 3437g, and a self-adhesive variety mentioned in a footnote), but I can't find any mention of this sheet of 3409 with HCA labels and selvage.
There IS a mention of Snoopy at the end of the 3409 listing:
"A sheet of 10 serpentine die cut 12-1/4 self-adhesive stamps like No. 3409 + 10 labels depicting Snoopy for 25 yuan. Value $15."
But this isn't self-adhesive and it sure isn't Snoopy!
Anyone have better info?
I think an earlier inquiry generated a mention of "P-sheets", whatever that is.

I straightened up the image for you so I could use it in a Google image search.
It returned hits on the following four sites. Only the first one is in English, but it should give you the answer you seek.

The stamp is China Scott 3409 but I don't see any mention of this variety in my 2015 Catalog.
