There are a few sets with pages for the three overprints you mentioned. These are the UPU (perf and imperf)(watermarked and unwatermarked); Scott #C30-31); Scott #51-53; Scott #C12-13; Scott #23-24.
Scott does not list them, stating that the overprinted stamps were not issued in Indonesia.
Scott makes no mention of the two Failure of the Dutch Blockade issues with those overprints, and there are no Steiner pages for them..
Thanks Michael
They are listed in my Dia Nippon Catalogue,I have printed off all the UPU issues just waiting for the stamps and S/Ss to arrive.
I have started editing bill's pages to accommodate the missing issues.

If you think Steiner is missing some varieties. you can ask him to add them. He may ask for help on stamp sizes.
I have a CD of Bill's pages from back when he was giving them away (long time ago) but I am unable to find some Indonesian overprints, and I was wondering if on his latest CD they are there,if so I will treat myself to an update.the stamps in question are these and there are more ,but these are all I have at the moment. The overprints are "RIS", "RIS Merdaka"and RIS Djakarta" There are some like the 5r,10r,and 25r that are listed along with the overprinted UPU issues but I can't find these, any help would be much appreciated.
