Hello,

I'm new at this and also using the computer, I can't post a picture yet but I have a Canadian stamp with George V 3 cent stamp underneath a arch.
This stamp doesn't look right

1. Postes The O looks broken
2. Underneath cents there looks like another image, like part of his uniform but I look up the internet and find other stamps and they don't have it
3. There is a little square coming out joined to his face near his mouth
4. There is a white line that joins the s of cents to the border where the 3 is and I think it is part of the image underneath cents
5. A little bit goes underneath the last 3 also

Is this stamp normal, not normal, double image underneath cents, What could be the little square joined to his face?? I don't live in the United States so any help would be good.
Why I can't post a picture yet is because I don't know how to change it from a PDF to a jpeg So any information would be helpful. Sorry if this goes into the wrong thread

Sue

Hi Sue;

Hi Sue I'm Ken tall pines from the great Michigan Northwoods. Welcome to our club.

You may be able to preset your scanner to output image files in JPEG format. Most scanners also have the capability to crop the image in the preview mode, before actual scanning. The best image size is less than 940 pixels in width. This will allow those with narrow screens like mine to not have to scroll side-to-side. If your image is cropped to say 1/4" from the edges, it will upload much faster also.

I hope I haven't confused you too much tho...

Still just sortin'....
