I really don't know how to change the image from PDF to ipeg but I did send a email to the administrator with the stamp image to see if he could put it on. I don't know if he could so I might not be lucky

Look at the software that pops up when you do your scanning.

Look for an option that says something like "Save as", or "File type". It is likely you have this set to "PDF". Look for the option to save as "jpg".

Then, learn to use some image editing software to crop the image to a usable size. (Irfanview is good if you don't have anything. Free download from http://www.irfanview.com )
