Hi,I have no idea what it is,looks perf 10 on top then my eyes get tired and I count 11,I just need some new looks from you guys,not that it matters as when it gets here I'll know,just an interesting post for ya.I bought it as it was cheap enough.It's in the mail to me now,nice old censer cover anyway it turns out.The is no perf 10 5C known so please don't think I'm seeing dollar signs over a stamp that probably doesn't exist,just a weird picture that looks perf 10 to me,then 11,then 10 LOL.

Buy a good perf gauge and learn how to gauge a stamp. If you cannot buy one, download a free one here until you get a good one.

Alternatively, find a known perf 11 only US stamp and simply compare.

Hi Don,I have the electronic gauge and cut up stamps I use as templates,just getting some input here to see what you guys think,I guess you see that I mentioned that it's in the mail to me and not here yet,I'll post what is is when it gets here,thanks Sir.
